To continue our success, we currently have an exciting opportunity for a Procurement Manager to join our Global Procurement team on an 18 month Fixed-Term Contract. This role reports directly into the ANZ Procurement Director, and is responsible for developing and executing strategic procurement category strategies across all our Australia and New Zealand businesses. The role has a primary focus on SG&A, but you will also be the procurement lead supporting cross functional project teams driving our growth and transformation activities. This will involve managing a total spend of around $50MM and will include contract management, supplier relationship management, and execution of relevant category strategies aligned with improving performance and delivering productivity. Due to the scope of this role, we are looking for a commercially-minded Procurement or Category Management leader who is comfortable influencing and managing stakeholder expectations to deliver best-outcome solutions for the business. Key Accountabilities: Shape sustainable and competitive sourcing strategies and supplier negotiations across the business through understanding of key cost drivers, industry trends and current/future best practices, ensuring long-term pricing mechanisms and 3rd party relationship management Lead supplier performance, contract compliance, and governance and process changes, providing regular financial, service and quality forecasts to business leaders at both a regional level and sector level Global Procurement lead for MyBuy P2P Program Lead cross-functional teams across the PepsiCo business to improve the overall visibility of procurement productivity pipelines and to deliver year on year efficiencies Work closely with global teams and COE project teams to coordinate knowledge sharing, and enable effective alignment and execution of commercial agreements Qualifications/Requirements Qualifications, Skills & Experience: 5+ years in a Category Management or Procurement role with in-depth working knowledge of processes and tools utlised within a complex and matrixed environment (FMCG preferred) Previous experience with contract writing, risk analysis, liabilities and indemnities, SLAs, and general commercial terms Experience in implementing strategic sourcing processes and category-related procurement best practices in a global environment A balanced blend of analytical and influencing skills within complex negotiations Understanding of SAP and P2P Governance and Controls CIPSA or CPIM supply chain qualification highly desirable What we can offer you: Flexibility with work hours and work location Health initiatives through our Health and Wellness programs Personal and professional growth opportunities through Learning Offerings online Interested?
