The application is Ruby on Rails with UI progressing towards ReactJS (high amount of the code is already there). Microservices framework steadily building up, written mostly in NodeJS, sitting on AWS EKS. Using AWS for our cloud services. Databases are ElasticSearch and MySQL, with some use of Redis. What does the team do? The team is in charge of the entire framework and infrastructure of the application, being truly full-stack (maybe less UI involvement most of the time, but not by definition) Starting from more (dev)ops oriented work of managing and creating the environments in AWS Monitoring and being the POC for everything (code or framework related) Connecting all the pieces together - to the actual development of new code - be it new microservices and frameworks Migration of existing code into microservices Making adjustments to some UI parts (even adding more UI code for better monitoring/access for both us and the other dev teams). Qualifications How do I know this is the role for me? If you have a passion for solving puzzles, learning, experimenting with new things, and just coding in general. If you're capable and enthusiastic about driving new technologies and methodologies. If you're curious about figuring out how things work in the bigger picture from end to end. This is how you know!
