Business Analyst Lead - with web experience

What will you do? Understand the business capabilities of system (web experience and content Management) to provide digital functionality and technology expertise in support of business-side design and implementation using web experience platform. Monitor system implementation ensuring customer usability and adherence to company standards. Lead, conduct and facilitate cross-organization meetings with Technology leads, business team and information technology personnel directed at obtaining solutions to system and business problems. Maintain an open communication line with Solutions development team to seamlessly absorb business requirement information from requirement capturing to delivery and support. Leading assessment and business requirement documentation through a structured discovery process to priorities business needs with Product Owners. Validate the high-level design and detailed design of components involved in Web and Content Management. Responsible for conducting complex and thorough research of existing processes, systems, and desired objectives to meet the objectives of the assigned products from technology perspective. Work with Technology Leader, Product Owners, and SMEs to prioritize feature development, based on the development prioritisation and solution delivery plan. Eliciting and creating initial epics/features and elaborating into user stories that clearly describe the functional and non-functional requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional and technical teams inside a Scrum framework. Conduct work sessions and document new features, requirements, and strategies for the Web and Content application. Delivers business requirements via artefacts such as epics, features, stories, acceptance criteria, process flows etc. Research, assess and lead the Web Application & technology to maximize performance with business and technical stakeholders. Review the proposed architecture with development teams based on the feedback from various stakeholders / solution complexity / effectiveness. Monitor problem solving initiatives and resolve complex issues which includes risk mitigation plan proposal and implementation based on the existing system architecture. Initiate and implement architecture level quality control reviews like coding standards, code review techniques, improving code quality etc. Collaborate with Schneider Electric’s Busines Team, Digital Customer Relation Teams & Global architects to update architecture documents and other development processes documents. Ensure a smooth iteration of applications. Create prototypes and working examples to drive solutions. Handle multiple projects with cross functional teams and business processes. Lead the team for Digital Technology Centre (DTC) in Barcelona reporting to VP- Digital Customer Relation Delivery COE. Ensure coordination and effectiveness of all components and activities. Manage & handle issues requiring escalation related to performance, system stability etc. Competency development & knowledge sharing within the Solution delivery team. Participation in Web Experience discussion to provide inputs in the future road maps of the program. What qualifications will make you successful? 5 – 8 years of experience working within Agile and/or SCRUM environment as a Sr. BSA and/or Product Owner. Experience with Web Experience and Content Platforms like Oracle ATG, Magento, SDL etc. MBA Degree with relevant experience or bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or another related field. Experience with project management tools (ex. Jira, Confluence,) and software development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall). Experienced in leading a team. Experience working within a defined SDLC. Strong business process acumen. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Strong technical writing skills to produce Business requirements documents, Functional Specification documents. Demonstrated success in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Ability to foster relationships across internal business units as well as with clients. Ability to successfully manage complex project deliverables. Ability to organize and facilitate successful, objective-oriented meeting. Preferred to have CBAP, CCBA, CALBA certifications. Fluent in English. What's in it for me? Life insurance.
