Sr. Field Sales Manager for New Unit - Korea

LET’S TALK ABOUT YOU Your profile · University degree or higher in Mechanical engineering or other engineering · Minimum 8 years of sales experience. Experience in combined cycle power plant, combined heat & power main component, solution sales and Korean GENCO, IPP customers will be preferred · Good product knowledge of Gas Turbines, Steam Turbines and Generators · Well established network with Korean GENCOs, IPPs and EPCs · Good strategic planning, team management and communication skills · Excellent in Korean and English language both writing and communication · In entrepreneurial spirit, sales and negotiation skills, high team orientation as well as in management and people skills · Good technical knowledge of combined cycle power plants and combined heat & power Your responsibilities · To establish, maintain and improve on customer contacts and ensure ready availability of market intelligence through effective customer intelligence and communication. · Responsible of domestic large gas turbine, steam turbine, generator and solution sales for Korean GENCO, IPP and EPC customers · Forming of consortiums, setup of supply contracts and strategic partnerships with EPCs · Gathers and analyses customer’s information, customer related market and competitors’ information · Develop sustainable relationship with customer and increase customer intimacy · Responsible to develop relationship with key account customers and EPCs as assigned. · Develop bid winning strategies and influence customers at early stage on ITB specifications · Ensure quality of bid releases and LoAs, present in front of Segment, BU and Division Management and lead customer clarification meetings. · Establish inter BU, division business collaboration and represent externally Siemens Energy values Your opportunities for personal growth · Opportunity to get insight into Siemens Energy cutting-edge gas turbine and power plant technology · Gain experience in a multi-cultural working environment with global exposure LET’S TALK ABOUT US
