If you enjoy a role with variety then this could be <br />the perfect opportunity for you. <br /><br />You will play an important part in building philanthropy at the leading eye hospital charity to help meet the aims of the ambitious <br />five year business plan for growth, including securing philanthropic income for Oriel - our £100m joint fundraising campaign <br />with UCL. You work will also support world-leading eye research, and education along with patient care, to provide life-changing <br />eye health for millions of people in the UK and around the world.<br /><br />About the role<br /><br />This is a varied entry level fundraising role that will provide support to the director of development, head of philanthropy <br />and wider team and Oriel campaign group. This is a hybrid role of administration and discrete project management which <br />will offer lots of variety. <br /><br />In this busy role you will have the opportunity to work with a range of stakeholders including senior members of the team and <br />supporters. You will contribute to a range of fundraising projects including donor communications, stewardship and the <br />charity's small trust mailing programme. You will also assist with the delivery of events. <br /><br /><br />About you <br /><br />We are looking for an enthusiastic self-starter with an interest in philanthropy. You will have excellent organisational <br />skills and experience working to deadlines and prioritising work. You will enjoy working on a range of creative projects. <br /><br />You will be a confident communicator able to engage supporters and stakeholders at all levels.
