Lead Laboratory Engineer

As a Lead Laboratory Engineer, you will provide a vital service applying the application of scientific and engineering methodologies. You will test and analyze the performance of potential concepts. Taking ownership of sites, you will ensure they have the service needed to operate in a safe and compliant manner.<br />

As a Lead Laboratory Engineer, you will be responsible for:</p>

<ul>
<li>Providing conceptual or practical activities, applying chemistry to industrial processes for development of new technologies and products</li>
<li>Leading analytical and design activities using proven technologies and vested approaches and methods</li>
<li>Collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide technical guidance for future products</li>
<li>Developing new solutions under guidance and/or in a team setting or based upon precedents in the organizations</li>
<li>Working together with business leadership at SPB and EB level. Specifies needs, communicates about project approach and presents outcomes of research done</li>
</ul>

<li>Have a Bachelor&
39;s degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 yrs of experience in Engineering/Technology</li>
<li>Be likely to have a minimum of 3 additional yrs of experience in Chemical Engineering and Science</li>
<li>Be a good team player and display good communication skills with fluency in English</li>
<li>Have good interpersonal skills, with an aptitude for team work and the ability to guide others</li>
<li>Have the ability to work independently and be able to identify and drive process improvements</li>
<li>Be of an analytical mindset with a proven ability to resolve problems and identify solutions</li>
