Learning Support/Teaching Assistant - West London - ASAP

<p>We are actively looking to recruit a SEN Teaching Assistant to work in a mixed school in West London to cover long term assignment within the special education team. This is a full time position which will start IMMEDIATELY for the full academic year 2021/2022.<br /><strong><br />The Role:</strong></p><p>We are looking for an experienced Teaching Assistant or Learning Support worker that have previously worked in a school setting. This is a great opportunity to join a vibrant Secondary school. You will be bright, articulate, organised, with great communication skills. You must be flexible and committed to working with schools and be available throughout term time. THe position will start in September on a full time basis. <br /><br /><strong>The ideal candidate</strong></p><p>To be considered a real asset to the school, you must demonstrate:</p><ul><li>Experience within Special Educational Needs (SEN)</li><li>1:1 support and small group support work</li><li>Strong interpersonal skills</li><li>A friendly and professional manor</li><li>Enhanced DBS on the online update service</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>The school</strong></p><p>This is a multicultural Secondary School located in North-West London with well served Public transport. Students are grouped appropriately in class groups according to need, on the basis of an individual multidisciplinary assessment.
