Devising smarter systems that control and monitor oil and gas extraction, our subsea and surface-pressure capabilities are industry-leading and commercially innovative.<br><br>Bringing Technology to life <br><br>As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for project management/ planning/ coordinating activities typically in the context of a production or services project to fulfill a customer order, ensuring customer satisfaction.<br><br>You will be involved in discussions with other functions and teams about improvement in processes, procedures and ways of working. Contributes to plan of larger unit.<br><br>As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for:<br><ul><li> Managing all activities related to the supervision, organization and execution of a service project, including scope, time, contract , cost & quality management. </li><li> Being responsible for project methodologies and standards including scheduling and control , to fulfill a customer order or need according to financial/commercial parameters and ensuring customer satisfaction. </li><li> Communicating across direct organization. Presents to senior leaders in specific technical space and on cross functional teams on how technologies interconnect and contribute to overall strategy. </li><li> Handling latitude in project techniques. Project process requires choosing right approaches. Employees should have technical know-how. </li><li> Handling diverse clients in a region. Follows frameworks to get through the processes. There is room for negotiating and client specific conditions. </li></ul><br><br>Fuel your passion <br><br>To be successful in this role you will:<br><ul><li> Have at least a Technical Degree </li><li> Have at least 7 years of relevant work experience with significant experience in Services Project Management in the oil & gas industry. </li><li> Be certified in PMP, ScrumMaster or related Project Management certifications. </li><li> Have sound experience in a client facing role </li><li> Be a successful written and verbal communicator. Have the ability to influence others and lead small teams. </li><li> Be able to lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact. Have Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously. </li><li> Have an effective problem identification and solution skills.
