Field Ops Excellence Leader

<p>This role is responsible for operational excellence in our North American field service team by partnering with our regions to execute best practices for hiring, culture, career pathing and cost management for our employee &amp; contractor field staff. The Expert Operations Field Operations Excellence Leaderis accountable for regularly reporting on key field deployment metrics, as well as working with our regional general managers to build the field structure and resources needed to align with our business growth strategy. This is a highly networked role that requires an ability to work under pressure and to challenging deadlines. It requires strong emotional intelligence, field service &amp; finance knowledge and project management skills.<br />

<b>Responsibilities</b>:</p>

<ul>
<li>Execution of vision for field team transformation to align with our North American growth strategy</li>
<li>Tactical execution of field role diversification including development of job descriptions, competency matrices and appropriate training enrollments for all defined field roles</li>
<li>Accelerate movement towards a dynamic and engaged field team with great equipment stewardship</li>
<li>Creation of clear career pathing and expectations with regards to career progression in the field</li>
<li>Management of North American view of field financials: Hourly rates, total headcount, overtime, contract liquidations, contractor costs, wage equity etc.</li>
<li>Recruiting and Interview panel support for new field staff hiring</li>
<li>Management of contractor onboarding and service provided during the length of their contract</li>
<li>Execution on field branding strategy, tool deployments, appropriate fleet</li>
<li>Creation, management and effective communication of field processes &amp; procedures.</li>
<li>Creation and management of key metrics and KPIs around field team performance. Providing the regions with great transparency to their team&
39;s process alignment.</li>
<li>Integration of field technicians (currently service center aligned) to our broader field service org</li>
</ul>

<b>Qualifications/Requirements:</b></p>

<ul>
<li>Bachelor&
39;s degree in business or engineering or equivalent trade certification</li>
<li>Minimum 10 years&
39; experience in field service</li>
<li>Strong financial &amp; project management skills</li>
<li>Ability to work in a fast pace environment and operate independently to deliver business results</li>
<li>Ability to manage and deliver multiple projects simultaneously</li>
</ul>
