<div class="mds-edited-text mds-font-body-copy-bulk"><p><b>About the role:</b></p><p></p><p>The role works within the Knowledge & Content Management team within Service Optimisation supporting the management of the assets and knowledge of the People Teams. As part of Integrated Services, you may also support with knowledge management across the wider Business Solutions community. PwC uses internal websites to provide information and guidance to employees about HC initiatives and objectives, and to support the tasks that are carried out on HC and firmwide systems. </p><p></p><p><b>About the team:</b></p><p></p><p>The Knowledge & Content Management Team manages the design and content of these sites, and advises from an HC perspective on any new systems that are developed for the firm. </p><p></p><p>The role is involved in the presentation of essential information for the firm’s 20,000&
43; workforce, including legal and regulatory obligations, terms of employment, performance management, pay and benefits, and onboarding of new joiners to the firm.</p><p></p><p><b>Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li><p>Evaluates and advises on the installation and application of new Technology systems within HC, regarding user experience, and integration with existing systems and technology</p></li><li><p>Act as the first point of contact to the People teams wishing to publish content on the firm’s internal websites and repositories.</p></li><li><p>Be a trusted advisor to HC teams regarding the presentation of their content</p></li><li><p>The Knowledge & Content Manager leads the design and creation of new websites as appropriate, and oversees updates to existing sites, using the firm’s Content Management Systems</p></li><li><p>Advise HC on the implementation of new systems Technology, and evaluates technology options available to the firm in line with the firm’s Technology enabled strategy</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Key accountabilities </b></p><ul><li><p>Liaise with relevant Subject Matter Experts and Business Units, across various Lines of Service, regarding presentation of information across our sites</p></li><li><p>First point of contact for new technology and user experience within the firm </p></li><li><p>Manage large portfolio of systems within PwC, and build relationships with stakeholders across HC and UKIT</p></li><li><p>Manage systems provided by third-parties, and relevant troubleshooting and system reviews that follow, ensuring systems remain up to date and fit for purpose</p></li><li><p>Be in touch with other technology-focused teams across PwC, ensuring our own goals remain in line with the direction the firm is travelling</p></li><li><p>Be comfortable working on large-scale projects with interlinking systems and teams</p></li><li><p>Be commercially aware of the impact that new systems can have on the existing HC framework, and the costs involved both monetary, and work-hours</p></li><li><p>Place the quality of service offered by the HC function at the forefront of decision making</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Required skills and experience</b></p><ul><li><p>Effective writing and copy editing skills </p></li><li><p>Understanding of website design principles</p></li><li><p>Efficiency with bespoke website Content Management Systems</p></li><li><p>Knowledge of design coding languages, including HTML and CSS</p></li><li><p>Proficient with image editing software, including Adobe Photoshop</p></li><li><p>Proficient user/advocater of G Suite tools </p></li><li><p>Ability to interact effectively with senior leaders and influence and challenge business stakeholders.</p></li><li><p>Strong project management skills and experience in high profile implementations.</p></li><li><p>Coaching people/teams with new technology and new systems </p></li></ul><p></p><p></p><p> </p><br /><p><strong>Not the role for you?</strong><br />Did you know PwC offer <a href="http://pwctrk.co.uk/tp/rj6_YRe1p-J.K" rel="no-follow">flexible contract</a> arrangements as well as <a href="http://pwctrk.co.uk/tp/rj6_uo6An.J.K" rel="no-follow">contingent work</a> (ie temporary or day rate contracting)?<br /><br /><strong>The skills we look for in future employees</strong><br />All our people need to demonstrate the skills and behaviours that support us in delivering our business strategy.
