Tomorrow’s learners will expect transformative digital and live learning environments, and this team is focussed on providing them. <br />We are continually enhancing our team with a diverse set of skills and experience. To elevate our team’s skill-set further, we are looking for a highly organised individual who is a strong team player with a passion to build a career in Learning & development. The successful candidate should have excellent communication and organisational skills as well as being comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and programmes.<br />The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop themselves further with the potential to become a learning and development facilitator and consultant on the basis of experience and performance.</p><p><br /><b>Key Responsibilities</b><br /> </p><ul><li><p>Preparation & organisation for training sessions that will be delivered virtually, in a hybrid environment & face to face.</p></li><li><p>Work closely with the C&D team’s training coordinator to ensure that the planning, administration and coordination of all training sessions are completed.</p></li><li><p>Work with the facilitator to prepare sessions in advance.</p></li><li><p>Work as part of the delivery team by supporting training facilitators in all aspects of the administration & running of training sessions; providing access to materials, setting up training environment, managing the technology used in the programmes delivery.</p></li><li><p>Ensuring a high quality learning experience for all participants attending the sessions, supporting and resolving any technical and logistical issues.</p></li><li><p>Preparation of training materials across a number of different platforms, including but not limited to G Suite, Mural & LMS systems.</p></li><li><p>Coordination of training groups and preparation of breakout groups / calls.</p></li><li><p>In addition, support facilitators when required to drive slides, run polls or escalate any urgent issues.</p></li><li><p>Preparation of learner assessments & feedback evaluation via various forms.</p></li><li><p>Assist with learning evaluation, monitoring of outcomes and management reporting.</p></li><li><p>Support the tracking and recording attendance via internal LMS system.</p></li><li><p>Communication with a range of stakeholders.</p></li><li><p>Preparation and facilitation of internal workshops.</p></li><li><p>Develop and maintain strong & effective working relationships with colleagues across the business and external training providers.</p></li></ul><p><br /><b>Skills & Experience </b></p><ul><li><p>Strong interpersonal & communication skills.</p></li><li><p>Can actively manage multiple stakeholders, both internally and externally.</p></li><li><p>Team player with a passion for building a career in Learning & Development</p></li><li><p>The ability to build and strengthen long-term relationships.</p></li><li><p>The ability to identify issues and the understanding of when to escalate key issues in a timely manner.</p></li><li><p>The ability and willingness to learn about new technologies and become proficient with their capabilities.</p></li><li><p>Ability to work in a fast paced environment and be reactive to change.</p></li><li><p>Desirable - Experience in the setup and preparation of technology for virtual / remote video conferencing.</p></li><li><p>Desirable - Experience in technology connectivity between laptops and external devices.</p></li></ul><p> <br /><b> Base Location </b></p><p><br />The role will be based in Belfast, however as a result of the wide variety of clients and projects, you may be asked to travel to other UK locations for short periods.
