The Web Delivery Team is looking for a new team member to help us deliver Web Marketing projects, for example, changes to websites like www.solarwinds.com . Our team is very diverse: We are based in multiple locations for example Costa Rica, Czech Republic, Ukraine, and USA. Some of us have a management and marketing background, and others are more technical. Our group has a good mix of Senior and Junior professionals. We also have things in common, for example, we all communicate in English and we’re all very committed to achieving our goals. In your every day, you will be working closely with our requesters mainly Product Managers, SEO experts and Creative teams to gather business requirements, implement the changes in our Content Management System (CMS) and drive the delivery process until changes are Live on our sites. Responsibilities Work with stakeholders to analyze and gather requirements to change the content in our sites via CMS; Implement changes requested from our site using our CMS; Perform peer reviews of changes from your colleagues; Contribute to the content authoring process and training; Work with Dev teams during defect resolution and acceptance testing. Note the expected working hour schedule is between 1 PM and 9.30 PM Central European Time. Qualifications Must-Have Experience using CMSs such as WordPress, Kentico, or Sitecore Capacity to gather content requirements from stakeholders/requesters Background in User Experience or Marketing (or equivalent working experience) Attention to detail Drive and commitment to deliver Nice to Have Understand SEO principles High-Level Knowledge of Localization Processes Interest in Project Management
