Overview of the opportunity: Our Risk Consulting Managed Services team is growing and we are looking for a Manager, Business Enablement, to join our team in Toronto. Risk Consulting Manager Services provides operational enablement assistance to business practices across Risk Consulting Advisory nationally. The successful candidate will focus primarily on providing assistance to various practices who launch managed services products in the areas of business case development, compliance with KPMG risk management requirements, and project management support through to deployment of the product by the practice. The Manager will also be involved in preparing financial and operational reporting for the executive team. Learn more about KPMG Risk Consulting Managed Services here. What you will do Enable a variety of business leaders to develop and deliver their managed service product by: Assisting in the preparation of a business case for executive approval. Assisting in meeting internal KPMG risk management requirements. Working collaboratively with vendors or internal technology stakeholders to develop technology that supports their managed service. Assisting the development of go-to-market materials in preparation of their product launch. Assisting the Managed Services leadership team with developing detailed operational and financial reporting. Collaborating with Managed Services Business Developer to promote managed service sales where possible. What you bring to the role Excellent understanding of risk management services cross industries with a focus on financial services. 4 - 6 years of risk management consulting experience and a good understanding of risk management activities across an organization. Strong project management skills with experience driving product launch projects cross-functionally throughout the lifecycle of a project. Good understanding of project and portfolio financials. Work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders across the organization to enable new and existing managed services. Ability to work both independently, with little supervision and within a team environment. Excellent communication skills being able to express insights, both written and orally. Demonstrated ability to learn and succeed in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and strong organization and analytical skills. Strong understanding of business risks. Have a high degree of personal confidence, enthusiasm and drive.
