They are recruiting a registered Head Veterinary Nurse.</p><p>Their aim is to provide gold standard care, ensuring a warm and personable service to clients, and a positive and rewarding culture for employees. </p><p>The practice is very well equipped and will have a vet onsite 24/7.</p><p>This needs to be someone with past experience of a role as a Head Nurse .</p><p>They are looking for a resourceful and energetic individual who can work with the partners to build the practice and the team, someone who is truly passionate about their work.</p><p><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></p><p><ul><li>Managing and growing the Nursing Team.</li><li>Rotas for both vets &amp; nurses.</li><li>Support the partners and encourage team involvement in new projects to ensure the smooth running and continual improvement of the practice.</li><li>Training &ndash; organise in-house training for all nurses and ensure Continued Personal Development requirements are met.</li><li>Equipment maintenance &ndash; ensure all staff members are trained adequately and that Standard operating Procedures are current.</li><li>Assisting with daily operations, providing the best clinical care and after care.</li><li>Setting up and running nurse clinics.</li></ul></p><p>INDJOB</p>
