This will give PwC the ability to create a larger and more diverse talent pool by offering opportunities to individuals not already established in an existing technology career. PwC can influence the pipeline of technical talent/skills to align with future technology demands as well as create an infrastructure to support developing tech talent to be more successful in PwC.</p><p></p><p><b><b>Short intro to the team</b></b></p><p></p><p> This Incubation team will initially sit as part of the Technology Transformation Programme for the purposes of the pilot. </p><p>The Talent Incubation Support role will support the Lead and Manager to deliver new initiatives driving the tech talent pipeline, including the Talent Incubation pilot. This includes (but is not limited to) success tracking and feedback collation to drive meaningful change, supporting internal processes, supporting key activities, report implementation as well as scheduling/supporting workshops and meetings. </p><p></p><p><b><b>Essential Skills and Experience</b></b></p><ul><li><p>Track record of building meaningful relationships</p></li><li><p>Ability to identify and communicate potential risks/blockers</p></li><li><p>Keen eye for the aesthetic - especially when it comes to building reports </p></li></ul><p></p><p><b><b>Key Responsibilities</b></b></p><p></p><p>You’ll work as part of a team to deliver the Incubation pilot and support technology recruitment initiatives. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:</p><ul><li><p>Supporting the Talent Incubation Manager and the Tech Talent Recruitment team in tasks related to talent pipeline and recruitment </p></li><li><p>Building relationships  with and collaborating with other teams (e.g. People Enablement and Resourcing) in Tech Connect in workshops (and meetings) and leading activities of the project team</p></li><li><p>Understanding and supporting internal processes</p></li><li><p>Building and maintaining reports in line with identified measures (success tracking)</p></li><li><p>Monitor project tasks and ensure the deliverables meet the expected timelines</p></li></ul><p><br /> </p><p><b><b>What’s in it for you?</b></b></p><p></p><p> This role offers an exciting opportunity to join a team working in key areas of priority and growth for the firm.
