Our team takes ownership of managing raw materials and goods for the manufacturing division.<br><br><b> Partner with the best </b><br><br>As a Materials Planning & Execution Team Leader you will lead and control product line related planning and materials fulfilment activities in multimodal environment to support site business case. Manage resources and activities required for the completion of production plan, including procurement, planning, and expediting, in order to support manufacturing and Supply Chain metrics.<br><br>As a Materials Planning & Execution Team Leader, you will be responsible for:<br><ul><li> Interfacing with production, project management, technology and external suppliers, in order to schedule the production demand </li><li> Ensuring raw material planning and procurement, based on the project schedule in ERP </li><li> Through Planning team set up and monitor control points and alert Project Management and /or other project related functions if any of the points get delayed (long lead and final BOM release, assembly. Test, FAT, shipping) </li><li> Defining product line based quarterly execution plan and throughput commitment aligned with S&OP as well as Inventory OP </li><li> Supporting Logistics organization and facilitate the relationship between Planning and Logistics in multimodal factory environment </li><li> Participating in HSE related actions to improve safety in own area, warn those who break the rules </li><li> Assess the team members' training needs define appropriate training plan for the team as well as drive Planner team growths to identify and develop talents </li><li> Facilitating the relationship between functions to operate in multimodal factory </li></ul><br><br><b> Fuel your passion </b><br><br>To be successful in this role you will:<br><ul><li> Master's/Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college in Business or Engineering </li><li> Have proven experience in SC/Logistics/Purchasing/Materials Management </li><li> Have advanced computer skills (MS Office, ERP system) </li><li> Have strong interpersonal and leadership skills </li><li> Demonstrated oral and written communication skills both Hungarian and English (Italian language skill is an advantage) </li><li> Have knowledge of supply chain operations (planning, warehousing, production control, logistics) </li></ul><br><br><b> Work in a way that works for you </b><br><br>We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
