[Task Summary] Vendor management and Business operation support tasks [Detail tasks] ・Lead to setup and maintenance activities in the categories with preferred suppliers (e.g. central lab, central ECG, Interactive Web Response Systems (IWRS), medical imaging, Electronic Clinical Outcome Assessment (eCOA) / paper COA, Labcorp) ・Analyze a lot of data related Global Clinical Operation Japan（GCO Japan） and create various reports for GCO Japan ・Develop database and tools for clinical operation excellence with business needs ・Analyze clinical operational data and provide suggestions to senior management in GCO Japan ・Lead to improve productivity to use cutting edge technology (e.g. RPA, visualization tool) ・Create GCO Japan’s database and reports (GCO Japan monthly reports, GCO/CRO member list, resource meeting materials, Project milestone tracking etc.) ・Join Improvement activity / Task force team Qualifications [Experience] ・Good working knowledge of ICH-GCP, company standard operating procedures, local laws, and regulations ・At least two-year operational experience in clinical trials in a pharmaceutical company and/or a Clinical Research Organization ・Experience with project management data managements/ international working experience <Preferred> ・Experience with outsourcing trials ・Experience with external suppliers (e.g. central lab, IWRS, eCOA, ECG) [Skills/Capabilities required] ・Highly effective written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills in Japanese, in English ・Highly effective Word，Excel，PowerPoint skill <Preferred> ・Analysis and skill of data visualization (Spotfire etc.) [Education] An OM’s degree (or equivalent) is required, as well as 1–2 years of relevant work experience.
