Global Account to Report - Compensation and Benefits Global Account to Report – General Accounting Team Responsibilities: Support the standardization and automation action plans specifically on testing, documentation and archiving of records Perform balance sheet accounts reconciliation and remediation of outstanding balances in partnership with the subject matter expert Participate in driving employee engagement and teambuilding activities We are looking for Accounting and Finance Interns for our Global Account to Report Finance Team: Global Cash, Currency, and Hedging Intern Responsibilities: Monitor bank statements and reconcile against general ledger, communicate discrepancies to key contacts for resolution. Follow-up finance contacts on aging items and identify action steps to resolve. Review and update work process documentation. Assist in the execution and track completion of audit and compliance activities. Assist in the planning and execution of team engagement activities. Global Fixed Assets Intern Responsibilities: Record in the accounting system newly acquired fixed assets and those disposed Track, compile, and record project costs in fixed asset accounts; close out the accounts at the completion of the projects Perform reconciliation of fixed asset subsidiary ledger balance with summary-level account in the general ledger Perform depreciation calculation for all fixed assets Perform revision and update on the detailed schedule of accumulated depreciation and fixed assets Supports periodic reviews on intangible assets’ impairment As may be requested by management, perform fixed asset related analyses Global Intercompany Interns Responsibilities: Monitor Affiliates Statement of Account, review and communicate any discrepancies noted Follow up affiliates on the aged AR balances and pending remittance advise Perform manual accounts reconciliation and reviewing invoices posted Review defects in the intercompany out of balance report, update and organize data according to data and intercompany relationship for easy analysis of management. Qualifications Qualifications: Currently an Undergraduate and enrolled in a University Taking up Accounting or any Business related course Knowledge in basic Financial Accounting is preferred Can start earliest by June 2022 open to work on a 10am to 7pm shift Primary Location Philippines--- Organization Johnson & Johnson International (Singapore) Pte.
