Maximize PAH product value through 1. Contribute to short to long term brand strategy getting alignment with cross-functional team (Sales, SCP, MAF, MSL, CE, NPP, R&D and region) Design market research to gather insights for brand planning, collaborating with CE Lead & facilitate cross-functional collaboration throughout BP Drive flawless execution by communicating and influencing to cross-functional team Develop life cycle management plan 2. Contribute short to long sales forecast & investment plan development getting alignment with stakeholders (inc. supply chain management) 3. Manage PDCA of commercial execution Set KPIs Design tracking research to monitor KPIs & other items to evaluate brand performance Identify gap through multiple data analysis and develop measures for identified issue 4. Contribute omnichannel customer engagement plan based on brand strategy & omnichannel execution (inc. sponsored seminar, standalone events, webinar and digital material development, Omnichannel training for sales, eMR) 5. Alliance management to achieve business objective with co-promotion partner 6.
