POSITION PURPOSE: To wash dishes by hand and/or machine; keep work area clean; set-up and clean other food service areas; stock inventory; and any other duties as assigned by supervisor. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Perform sanitation duties. 2. CQI. 3. Follow all department and safety rules. 4. Team work. 5. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES: Ability to follow oral and written instructions. EDUCATION: High school diploma or GED preferred. LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION: None. EXPERIENCE: One-year dishwashing experience. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: * Correctable vision and hearing. * Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and reach above shoulders. * Ability to tolerate heat, steam, and chemicals. * Ability to lift 30 pound items.
