We have an exciting leadership opportunity for Head of e-commerce to join us on our digitised journey and lead a high performing team. Based in Macquarie Park, Sydney, you will functionally report into the VP MarCom & DCR Pacific and leading a team of approx. 7 people. Key responsibilities You will be responsible for developing overarching E-commerce strategy for the Zone, working with the Commercial Vertical and Marketing leaders to deliver incremental growth for the organisation. Collaboratively building out commercial agreements, perfect content & data, informed pricing decisions, champion of the customers end to end digital customer and the role of ecommerce in that journey, digital marketing tactics that drive conversion optimisation and ROI, and build trust and engagement through customer reviews. You will use your existing knowledge and capabilities to support local teams in growing e-business results through distributors and retailers. Optimising the use of e-business related activities you will also be responsible to: Development of the 2025 E-commerce strategy, ensuring we are delivering growth in line with the local and global strategies and ambition Deliver KPIs, reporting dashboards, campaign ROI and digital metrics Develop strong, ongoing relations with our partners Develop an ecommerce calendar in partnership with internal and external collaborators and partners Drive ecommerce catalogue adoption across all distributors Work closely with our partners, driving increased brand visibility across platforms Deliver the perfect content roadmap for results Work with our marketing team to implement industry leading marketing activities Create campaign budget plans in cooperation with local stakeholders Facilitate comprehensive e-marketing tools and instruments based on local needs (Social commerce, SEA, SEO, Affiliate, Retargeting, Mobile Marketing, Google analytics and other tools) Create online sales concepts, customer journeys based on ROI driven business models About you You are a great leader, commercially minded, passionate about digital solutions, you love dealing with stakeholders locally and globally, and you want to make an impact to the business. As the nature of communication is fluid and increasingly important in today’s business environment, the role requires an adaptive and agile approach. It also requires an ethical consideration of the brand values, essence, and mission. In addition, you possess the following relevant skills and attributes to be successful: university qualifications in marketing/communications demonstrated 10 years experience in a Marketing or commercial background. With ideally 5 year experience in e-commerce role experience leading teams and working with B2B Segments understand both commercial and business units & marketing
