Your tasks and responsibilities: You are responsible for the practical arrangements of online and onsite customer trainings and courses You participate actively in the planning and development of education services You collaborate with both internal and external trainers in the Nordics and Baltics and support them with education related topics You are the administrator of the e-learning platform and event management tool To find out more about the specific business, have a look at Siemens Healthineers Akatemia. Your qualifications and experience: Willingness to organize trainings on a practical level as well as plan and innovate new education offering for our customers Previous experience in organizing trainings and/or events, preferably in healthcare industry You are familiar with e-learning and/or event management platforms, and you can use Microsoft 365 tools with ease Good communication skills both in Finnish and in English Your attributes and skills: You are an active team player with excellent organizational skills You are interested in education service development and innovation You are not afraid of changing situations and able to act quickly and flexibly You enjoy interacting with various stakeholders and customers Come and join us to work with our inspired and energetic team!
