<div class="mds-edited-text mds-font-body-copy-bulk"><p>We are looking for one or more lettings supervisors to supervise the lettings in the building and open and close access to the MUGA at the beginning/end of a letting.</p>
<p>This is a casual position, working weekends only.</p>

<p>Harris Academy Wimbledon is a new, co-educational school for the High Path area. Our new building, opened in November 2020, is an addition to the regeneration of the High Path area.</p>
<p>Harris Academy Wimbledon promotes high levels of academic achievement across the curriculum, encourages participation in extra-curricular opportunities and empowers students to make decisions wisely. The curriculum is rich, diverse and personalised to ensure every student achieves his or her true potential. Academic success will goes hand-in-hand with a rich variety of enrichment and extra-curricular activities; these activities help foster a spirit of aspiration, resilience and joy in learning. Professional learning is at the heart of academy supporting all staff in their development. The academy has a growth mindset approach where industry and commitment are seen as cultural virtues. Development of resilience, self-esteem, managing risks/consequences and the ability to work effectively together all form a key part of the pastoral provision.</p>
<p><strong>Main Areas of Responsibility</strong></p>
<p>The key areas of responsibilities are:</p>
<ul>
<li>To ensure the clients are only using the facilities they have booked for</li>
<li>To ensure the clients leave the facilities as they find them and take all rubbish with them</li>
<li>On week-day evening lettings, to lock the building ensuring the alarm system is effective</li>
<li>For weekend lettings (inside the building), to open and close the building at the required times. Stay on site for booking inside the building</li>
<li>For evenings and weekend lettings on the MUGA only, to open and close the outside of the building. Be onsite for the first 15 minutes and last 15 minutes of the letting</li>
<li>If you are required to be on site (due to lettings inside the building), to complete premises tasks such as sweeping/cleaning the outside of the building</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Qualifications & Experience</strong></p>
<p>The successful candidate will have:</p>
<ul>
<li>Basic knowledge of Health and Safety legislation and requirements</li>
<li>Good communication skills</li>
<li>Excellent telephone manner</li>
<li>Ability to work evenings and weekends on a casual basis</li>
<li>Ability to deal with emergencies occurring outside normal working hours</li>
<li>Ability to work as part of a team</li>
</ul>
