Product Specialist

Main Responsibilities: Provide scientific information to Key Opinion Leader and Stake holder of Hospital Provide product information to targeted doctors, pharmacist & stake holder on targeted hospitals Assess / analysis client’s needs and present suitable promoted products Liaise and persuade targeted doctors to prescribe our products utilizing effective selling skills and performing cost-benefit analysis Meet the SFE KPI target Attend sales meetings, conference calls, training sessions and symposium as schedule Work with marketing team to develop strategies and implement brand strategies to ensure a consistent marketing message Monitor and analyze data and market conditions to identify competitive advantage Keep accurate records and documentation for reporting and feedback Pursue continuous learning and professional development and stay up-to-date with latest medical data Qualifications Skills & Qualifications: Good on scientific knowledge and able to explain with high quality communication to KOL, Stake holder of Hospitals Proven work experience as a pharmaceutical representative Familiar with MS Office Excellent communication, negotiation and sales skills Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales Strong organizational and time management skills Bachelor’s Degree from science or any relevant background Minimum 3 year working experience as Medical Representatives/ Similar Role Able to conduct product detailing & discuss scientifically with HCP and stake holder of hospitals Able to conduct product presentation and arrangement of RTD Strong networking with Psychiatry & Neurology will be an advantage Familiar with Field Work Willing to area / territory re-allocation Primary Location Indonesia-Jawa-Jakarta Raya- Organization P.T.
