Global Sustainable Supply Chain Transformation Manager

Your Responsibilities Implement and deploy the Global Supply Chain (GSC) sustainability strategy and programs in collaboration with Regional teams and other Business Units. This entails: - Contribute to refine and reformulate the global program of supply chain sustainability around circular economy, net zero carbon emission, green packaging & materials, and biodiversity - Help to create the supplier environmental Impact, including responsible sourcing and procurement, management of Manufacturing Quality and Logistics sustainability - Monitor the key performance indicators and drive high performance - Benchmark external best practices in the supply chain sustainability - Collaborate with other functions in the context of Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) & Sustainability such as: GSC overall, for decision-making support with EHS & CO2 lens - Procurement: support the design and roll-out of EHS & Sustainability procedures embedding EHS & Sustainability in operational processes (e.g. supplier selection, EHS/Sustainability risk analysis, green materials, green packaging, etc.) - Finance: Environmental liabilities oversight (processes and governance roll-out, coordination with GSC finance functions, etc.) - Coordination with Insurance, Internal Audit, Legal affairs, and Security, to define practical ways to team-up and embed directives and expectations into these functions’ own frameworks and processes. Success Criteria - Creating positive collaborations and relationships with other stakeholders in the corporate team, and bringing teams together from across the organization - Being recognized as a supply chain sustainability expert internally and externally - demonstrating strong convincing and communication skills - Exemplifying learning agility and digital mind-set - Handling sensitive and confidential information - Process transformation, internal audit, program & change management experiences are preferred - A great dose of Passion for Sustainability, a self-starting attitude, and the ability to facilitate change would be great assets for this role Your interactions - Mostly Global Supply Chain (Global, Regions, BU correspondents): Manufacturing, Logistics, and Procurement - Group Functions: Sustainability, Finance, Internal Audit, Legal, Security, Internal Communications, HR, IT / - Digital Schneider, Customer Satisfaction & Quality, etc. - Business Units - Operations (countries & sales) Your qualifications - Graduate from Business or Engineering School or MBA - Minimum 5-7 years in our industry or the consulting industry, with concrete transformation experience in a minimum one of the above fields - Solid project experience or qualifications in sustainable development such as sustainable supply chain or decarbonization - Understanding of sustainable supply chain trends, standards & guidelines, and key assessment systems and tools - Experience in other Central or Regional Corporate Functions driving informal teams can be a plus - Fluency in English is required Location - Europe Are you interested?
