Operations Maintenance and I&C Manager

LET’S TALK ABOUT YOU Your profile You have the following professional background: Degree in Electrical, Control Engineering or similar Minimum 4 years working experience with focus on I&C power plant commissioning or I&C power/industrial process plant maintenance. Experiences with Siemens Distributed Control Systems. Excellent personnel management skills and leadership experience Excellent communication skills and customer orientation Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills You are ready to work abroad, mainly in the middle-east region and you score with business fluent English. Your responsibilities The I&C Maintenance Manager has the overall responsibility for all aspects of the I&C maintenance of the power plant, comply with applicable laws, meet the required standard of quality, ensure business success and customer satisfaction, develop reliable long-term strategies and implementation plans, timely response to unplanned issues. You are responsible for providing high standard I&C maintenance service under the Operation and Maintenance Contract in a combined cycle gas turbine power plant Organize and coordinate resources of your I&C maintenance team, prioritize activities to ensure the safe and reliable plant operation in accordance to the local laws and regulations, in accordance to contractual requirements and in accordance with load dispatch requirements. You are responsible for EHS affairs and together with your team you will ensure a safe working environment which also observes environmental protection aspects. You will manage the relationship with the customer and other stakeholders. Maintain a close customer contact and support the Station Manager to fulfill customer requests. Propose improvements of the power plant system design where applicable You will analyze, monitor and control the cost structure in the area of your responsibility. You will optimize the I&C maintenance cost including spare part management and identify potential measures for cost improvements. Follow internal processes and procedures to achieve the maintenance requirements and monitor their implementation, actively support their continuous improvement Motivate and encourage your team member, provide guidance and promote staff development, develop a highly capable I&C maintenance team.
