We are having increased activity and are looking to strengthen our New Product Development at OneSubsea Horsoy, Askoy. <br><br><b>The OneSubsea Processing site at Horsoy, located outside the city of Bergen, is a purpose made facility for assembly and test of Topside and Subsea products. </b><br><br><b>The Horsoy facility was officially opened in 2012 and consists of more than 27,000 m? of indoor assembly and test areas. It was built to meet the oil industries customers' demand for extensive testing and the layout was designed with high focus on HSE, efficient assembly, and logistics. For our project deliveries NPD are involved in engineering, development, and design verification by full- and small-scale testing of our systems in our in-house test facilities. New Product Development operates an extensive process and high voltage test facility for component qualification and delivery projects for our main products; subsea multiphase pumps, subsea wet-gas compressors, swivels, and flowmeters </b><br><br>Are you forward-thinking, analytical, and motivated when you need to solve challenging tasks? 248;y. <br><br><b>Responsibilities</b>: <br><ul> <li>Participate in construction and technical development of test infrastructure OneSubsea Processing.</li> <li>Design and analyze piping, and process equipment using Creo Elements.</li></ul><ul> <li>Design and analyze test components incl rotating equipment.</li> <li>Produce process drawings and operating procedures (PFDs, P&amp;IDs, schematics).</li> <li>Participate, plan and lead systems test for rotating equipment.</li> <li>Preform, plan, and follow up for internal and customer test SIT/NPD/NTD.</li> <li>Technical support and assistance to contractor and other OneSubsea personnel in build fazes.</li></ul><ul> <li>Maintain a clear focus on HSE throughout tests and construction.</li></ul><br><b>Requirements: </b><br><ul> <li>Minimum engineering degree BSc or similar level of relevant education</li> <li>Main fields of study preferable: Mechanical Engineering, Subsea Engineering, Manufacturing Engineer, or related subjects.</li></ul><ul> <li>Good English and Norwegian communication skills (Written &amp; Verbal).</li> <li>Understanding of repair processes and procedures.</li> <li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li> <li>Ability to interface with customers and 3rd party vendors.</li> <li>Knowledge in basic PC applications (MS word, Excel, MS Project, PPT etc.)</li></ul><br><br><b>Nice to have: </b><br><ul> <li>Good knowledge of subsea production systems.</li> <li>Experience from the oil and gas industry or other mechanical industry.</li> <li>Trade Certificate within in mechanical trades.</li></ul><br><br><b>Personal skills: </b><br><br>For this position we are looking for service minded candidates with systematic and analytical mindset.
