With an excellent reputation, their conduct pioneering research and campaign to raise awareness.<br /><br />We at Charity People are delighted to be partnering with this wonderful Charity to recruit an Individual Giving Manager. In what could be a career defining role, you will lead on the development and management of Individual Giving programmes and activities including; cash appeals, raffles, regular giving, digital acquisition & retention, supporter experience, legacy and in-memory giving working to reach the Individual Giving Team's income target. This role involves line management of two Individual Giving Officers.<br /><br />We are looking for someone with strong experience in either marketing, direct marketing, individual giving and fundraising. You will have excellent project management experience including planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of campaigns, along with experience of managing external suppliers and agencies.
