<div class="mds-edited-text mds-font-body-copy-bulk"><p>Charity People is delighted to be working with a leading pregnancy and baby loss charity to recruit for an Event Partnership and Marketing Manager who will lead on maximising brand awareness of the charity's own London Landmarks half marathon with runners, businesses, key partners and stakeholders. In addition to managing all social media and marketing activity for the event, you will be responsible for developing and sustaining commercial sponsorship partnerships for the event; uplifting partnerships from predominantly gift in kind to income generation and building new relationships.<br />

<strong>Full time, permanent position</strong><br />
<strong>£36,000 to £39,000 </strong><br />
<strong>Home and office based hybrid role ideally with two days per week in the London office</strong><br />
<br />
This is an amazing organisation working towards halving the number of babies lost in the UK each year through miscarriage, stillbirth and premature birth. They want to see a world where pregnancy and birth is safe for everyone, and their priority is on reaching the most vulnerable women, and women at the highest risk of pregnancy complications and baby loss.<br />
<br />

<br />
Key responsibilities within the role include:<br />
<br />
* Source and manage a range of income-generating sponsors and partners to add value to the London Landmarks event<br />
* Ensure the London Landmarks Half Marathon website is kept updated<br />
* Manage social media content across all platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, and Strava<br />
* Manage key social media highlights such as the LLHM medal and t-shirt reveal, and lead on the design of the runner t-shirt, media, and goody bag<br />
* Manage the relationship with kit suppliers and the fulfilment of the t-shirt and medal orders<br />
* Work with graphic designer to create engaging visual content<br />
* Implement new content and creative ideas to increase social media following and bring the LLHM voice to life<br />
* Manage relationship with PR agency to maximise brand awareness and deliver coverage<br />
* Work with agency to secure national coverage of the event as well as celebrity ambassadors<br />
* Work with colleagues to plan and manage the marketing campaign for the LLHM ballot<br />
* Secure outdoor advertising for the LLHM<br />
* Manage the production of the LLHM post-race highlights videos<br />
* Ensure EDI strategy is integrated into all marketing and social media activity, and report on its progress in post-race evaluation<br />
<br />
This is a varied role and we'd love to see applications from people with excellent communication and relationship building skills, creativity, and bags of enthusiasm for the event and what it can achieve! We're very open to conversations with individuals from commercial partnership building roles; marketing, or fundraising backgrounds and are looking for the following skills:<br />
<br />
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships, as well as influencing skills<br />
* Excellent writing skills with the ability to create engaging content<br />
* A good eye for design<br />
* Knowledge and understanding of account management and pipeline development techniques across a range of partnership types<br />
* Great organisational skills and the ability to work on own initiative<br />
