Student Intern

<b>Job Name:</b> Product and service delivery Assistant Intern<br> <b>Job Summary :</b> The Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support in the location to the PSD Manager. The support will enable the PSD Manager to focus on core Service Delivery activities.<br> <br> <b>Additional Responsibilities :</b><br> <ul> <li> Support PSD activities in the location.</li> <li> Assign Operators to jobs in accordance with their competency and development plans (in the absence of a WFC).</li> <li> Track job start and end dates in the planning system of record to coordinate scheduling, mobilization, and de-mobilization.</li> <li> Support data entry in the planning system of record related to personnel and initiate relevant notifications to all involved parties.</li> <li> Review Operators availability and work with GM Workforce Coordinator as required to cover imbalances.</li> <li> Coordinate with PSD Manager on an effective adherence to work schedule and balance of days of rest, vacation, and rig days.</li> <li> Provide support for field employee travel (hot shot scheduling, helicopters, rig site accommodations, personnel lists for the client, etc).</li> <li> Assist other functions in the location as directed by the PSD Manager.</li> </ul> <br> <b>Experience & Exposures:</b><br> <ul> <li> Fluent in English, written and verbal</li> <li> Proficient in Office (excel VBA or other form of programming preferred)</li> <li> Proficient in SAP preferred</li> <li> Problem solver </li> <li> Strong organizational skills</li> </ul> <br> <b>Qualifications</b><br> <ul> <li> Student or no more than 1 year from graduation date. </li> </ul> <br> Schlumberger is an equal opportunity employer.
