Our Integrated Well Services team works onsite with our customers in supporting on-site installation, maintenance, and planning of our industry-leading products.<br><br><b>Partner with the best</b><br><br>As the Project Director, you'll lead an integrated delivery team based in Perth that will deliver a plan / feasibility covering all aspects of overall project delivery for a large-scale geothermal project in Africa, including resource categorization, exploration and well planning, production drilling, steam gathering and power generation <br><br>As a Project Director, you will be responsible for:<br><ul><li>Leading the IWS business for the assigned area / Project and be responsible for P&L for IWS projects in assigned area<br></li><li>Being Single Point of Contact with the client, nurture the relationship and ensures Communication Plan is in place and functional across all levels and areas of the program<br></li><li>Owning the overall customer deliverables by having the responsibility for the IWS compliance adherence, financial KPI's, service delivery and HSE performance<br></li><li>Managing the project management team and chairing the projects steering committees<br></li><li>Maximizing the financial performance through productivity initiatives, contract harvesting and upsell strategies<br></li><li>Driving efficiency across projects and establish pathways for synergies and better resources utilization<br></li></ul><br><br><b>Fuel your passion</b><br><br>To be successful in this role you will:<br><ul><li>Have Bachelor's degree in engineering or scientific discipline from an accredited university or relevant industry experience within product line<br></li><li>Have 8+ years of relevant oil & gas project management related to integrated well services<br></li><li>Have experience in Geothermal Projects<br></li><li>Have Profit & Lost experience<br></li><li>Have Excellent leadership, good interpersonal, influencing and planning skills.<br></li><li>Have ability to manage, develop, coach and mentor teams across organizational boundaries<br></li><li>Have demonstrated ability to work in a global matrix organization<br></li><li>Have proven ability to effectively influence and establish credibility with senior leaders<br></li></ul><br><br><b>Work in a way that works for you</b><br><br>We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
