East Ridge Middle East Ridge Middle School is a 6-8 school in Chattanooga, TN. We are a diverse school built on the pillars of engaging, relating, motivating, and serving every child in the school building. From academics to athletics, the students at ERMS will be engaged year-round. The teachers at ERMS go above and beyond to reach their students, from allowing students to come for tutoring in the morning to staying late in the evening to coach a sport. Our teachers bend backward to make the student's middle school experience the best possible. Compensation Salary is based on a combination of relevant education and experience. Salary Scale This position may be eligible for an increase in total compensation.
