<br />
As Unified Communication Analyst ; you will be responsible daily operational support of Baker Hughes global video conferencing platforms including Teams, Cisco Platforms and Skype for Business, and related Microsoft 365 technologies. A deep understanding of video collaboration platforms is essential and a willingness to learn and successfully deploy new technologies.<br />

As an Unified Communication Analyst , you will be responsible for:</p>

<p>&nbsp;</p>

<ul>
<li>Have a Bachelor&
39;s Degree with minimum 5+ years of Professional experience.</li>
<li>Providing operational support for Baker Hughes&
39; unified video collaboration platforms.</li>
<li>Managing customer incidents</li>
<li>Developing automation and self-service capabilities.</li>
<li>Developing and ensure video collaboration platforms are maintained in a compliant manner aligning with company and external standards and requirements.</li>
<li>Working with cross-functional and internal teams on additional projects, as required.</li>
</ul>

<li>Have PowerShell scripting capabilities.</li>
<li>Have ability to work in fast paced, structured team environment and have collaboration skills.</li>
