Construction Draw Support Specialist

«out The Role Altabank, the largest community bank in Utah, is hiring a Construction Draw Specialist for our Service Center in Pleasant Grove. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Review and process construction draw requests Ensure that draw requests comply with Bank policy Protect the security of the Bank and Customer records to ensure that confidentiality is maintained Works with lending staff in resolving discrepancies in draw documentation Notify lending staff of completed draws and pending draw check printing Produce reports as required Receive and review requests for payment ensuring authorized signatures and correlating invoices and amounts requested are valid Keep log and record of draw requests received Scan or read incoming materials to determine if additional information is needed or missing Other related duties as assigned About You QUALIFICATIONS: High School diploma KNOWLEDGE, SKILL, ABILITY: Proficient in both written and spoken English to ensure safety, production and quality communications Must be computer literate and have a basic knowledge of office equipment and supplies Must possess numeric and verbal aptitudes Ability to complete processes and meet deadlines Working knowledge of PC's and various word processing, spreadsheet or related software Strong work ethic and dependable Exceptional safety and quality awareness Exceptional attention to detail Ability to work as a team Ability to follow directions and procedures SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday 8:00-5:00.
