Finance Manager - Combination Products Johnson & Johnson Vision is recruiting for a Finance Manager for our newest manufacturing plant, located in Limerick, Ireland This is an exciting new position within Supply Chain MAKE Finance supporting 2 new products! a) Recently launched Vision Care (VC) combination product (CP) - Acuvue Theravision, and b) Soon to be launched Surgical Vision (SV) molded intra-ocular lens (IOL). Both products are manufactured in the new CP building in Limerick. The role will have a high % of project based financial support for the initial 18-24 months, which will develop into more traditional financial controllership into the future. This will involve influencing business decisions, based on analyses, to meet or exceed financial commitments in the project, business, and strategic plans. You will also provide financial leadership and guidance to business partners, ensuring that appropriate financial processes and systems are in place, in accordance with local government laws and corporate policies. Key Responsibilities: Provide finance leadership and support to the project teams for the establishment and growth of 2 new businesses in Limerick. Conduct financial analysis of costs, pricing, variable contribution (margin), and analysis of overall plant performance. Deploy dashboards and business scorecards. Partner across multiple functions to develop solutions to a variety of problems with varying levels of scope and complexity. Exercise judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate courses of action. Act as liaison with external firms when appropriate. Analyze company actual performance vs. Business plan, which may include pricing, profitability, and variance analyses. Develop policies and procedures to meet finance group objectives. Coordinate operation and cost efficiency of operating systems and programs Qualifications Qualifications Education: Must hold a professional accounting qualification be (ACCA/ CIMA/ ACA) with over 5 years experience. Experience and Skills: Required: Previous experience leading, mentoring and developing finance professionals Strong analytical proficiencies & decision-making skills. Should be results oriented, have excellent planning and motivational skills and be able to demonstrate same. Ability to prioritize and manage complex issues Excellent oral and written communication skills Preferred: Several years experience within a multi-national manufacturing environment Experience in an SAP environment will be a distinct advantage Other: Fluent english Johnson & Johnson is an Affirmative Action and Equal Opportunity Employer.
