About the Role As a customer service representative, you will be supporting our client’s customers as the first point of contact. You will answer questions concerning their accounts. You will help customers with their account issues while providing them with exceptional customer service. As a customer service representative, you will be responsible for: Applications are being accepted for a Customer service representative, Level Three (CSR III) in a call center that services New Jersey child support clients. The CSR III will be responsible for safeguarding highly confidential information and providing guidance to callers in accordance with the Code of Federal Regulations and the State of New Jersey Family Court Rules. Calls will be received from custodial and non-custodial parents with questions related to how to file for child support, the establishment of paternity, enforcement of existing support orders, child support payments, how to modify existing support orders, and how to close a support case. The ideal candidate will have the following attributes: A passion for public service and desire for helping others.
