SPS Technical Interfaces Leader - Norway (Resident Status)

<p><u><em><strong>QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:</strong></em></u></p>

<ul>
<li>Level / Diploma: M Sc/Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent with solid technical background</li>
<li>Experience within Oil &amp;Gas, and/or same type of position: (number of years) : 7 years minimum</li>
<li>Good Communication skills</li>

<p><u><em><strong>JOB DESCRIPTION:</strong></em></u></p>

<ul>
<li>To manage and coordinate technical interfaces</li>
<li>To perform quality check of contractors answer prior uploading in Eroom</li>
<li>To ensure timely identification of potential interface problems as they arise</li>
<li>To make the necessary arbitration between the different contractors in case of conflict and keep all parties informed.</li>
<li>To report to the SPS Technical Manager on a regular basis and more specifically when decisions with an impact on the strategy of the project are needed</li>
<li>Be responsible for the coordination between SPS package and other Package Interface Leaders for all matters concerning interfaces that covers Engineering, procurement , integration and testing activities</li>
<li>To ensure satisfactory close out and sign off of all interface actions both with external and internal entities</li>
<li>To represent SPS in weekly interfaces internal meetings (SURF,FPSO, FOPS, Drilling, EPT)</li>
<li>For new contracts, to identify all interfaces resulting from the split of work packages and make sure the corresponding split of responsibilities is covered at contract preparation stage and executed accordingly</li>
<li>To follow continuously float between CPI need dates, contractual and forecasted delivery dates</li>
