SPS Technical Leader - Norway (Resident Status)

<li>Professional Experience (number of years): 10-15 years experience in Subsea Production Systems.</li>

<p><u><em><strong>JOB DESCRIPTION:</strong></em></u></p>

<ul>
<li>To keep divisional Manager and all parties (as required) informed regarding ongoing activities status. To advise the Project Managers on architecture related actions/decisions.</li>
<li>To review Tenderers engineering deliverables for SPS scope of work.</li>
<li>To ensure mitigation measures required by pre-approved Gap analysis are detailed as project specific and proposed via Deviation process.</li>
<li>To ensure that projects specifications/requirements can be met with tenderer standard equipment.</li>
<li>To ensure that all external interface (Drilling, FOPS) are well addressed in Tenderer engineering deliverables.</li>
<li>To coordinate with FPS team for required assistance.</li>
<li>To work by anticipation.</li>

<li>To promote innovation as far as compatible with good enough approach for all activities. To seek optimization and savings all along the different phases of the project. To focus on costs without impairing QHSE objectives.</li>

<li>To keep SPS Manager and Engineering leader informed regarding ongoing activities status. To advise the Project Managers / SPS Manager on architecture related actions/decisions (technical issues related to the qualification, interfaces, Technical queries that may have an impact on the overall schedule and/or cost).</li>
<li>To liaise with HQ to collect feedback on SPS Standardization being evaluated on other(s) project(s).</li>
<li>To prepare a technical REX on Alliance and Standardization to be submitted at end of the FEED phase.</li>
