SPS Quality Leader - Norway (Resident Status)

<p><u><em><strong>QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:</strong></em></u></p>

<ul>
<li>Level / Diploma: Engineer or equivalent with a strong background on material/welding/NDT related to SPS equipment.</li>
<li>Experience in similar position : 5-10 years minimum</li>
<li>Good Communication skills, English language mandatory, Portuguese language is a plus</li>

<p><u><em><strong>JOB DESCRIPTION:</strong></em></u></p>

<ul>
<li>To follow Contractor&
39;s Quality Control plans Inspection and Test Plans for projects in execution and to review / approve them for projects to be sanctioned.</li>
<li>To promote HSEQ FOCUS program</li>
<li>To coordinate the SPS department QA/QC activities.</li>
<li>To ensure that Contractors Quality activities are planned and performed in accordance with Projects requirements and Criticality Assessment/Surveillance Plan.</li>
<li>To coordinate the activities of Package Quality surveillance and of the Package QC supervisors.</li>
<li>To monitor the performance of QC activities by Contractors, Suppliers and Vendors.</li>
<li>To coordinate inspections services via TEC CQI and to review inspection reports provided.</li>
<li>To update the Approved Vendor List and provide feedback to HQ OSQ / TGP / DW To perform some of QC inspections (at Contractor&
39;s or vendors locations)</li>
<li>To perform expediting of components on critical path To be SPS REX coordinator, promoting and gathering REX from SPS engineers</li>
<li>To monitor SPS department TQR, DEV, DER registers and ensure the conditions implementations</li>
<li>To follow up NCRs and CARs, RCA and issue REX when relevant</li>
