Electrical Field Specialist

You will be exposed to frequent travel on domestic or international assignments and working closely with others Field Service Specialists. As an ESP Field Service Specialist, you will be responsible for:<br><br><ul><li>Performing installation/pulling of Electrical Submersible Pumps (ESP) and associated equipment in offshore and onshore assignment.<br><br></li><li>Assisting and managing of ESP equipment to maximize well productivity and ESP run life.<br><br></li><li>Performing frequent travel on domestic or international assignments on short notice given at times<br><br></li><li>Handling special projects as assigned<br><br></li><li>Conducting business activities in accordance with HSE policies, Legal Compliance requirements and Baker Hughes Core Values.<br><br></li></ul><b>Fuel your passion</b><br><br> To be successful in this role you will:<br><br><ul><li>Have a Technical Degree or equivalent<br><br></li><li>Have extensive technical experience in running Electrical Submersible Pump or Artificial Lift tools or equipment<br><br></li><li>Have intermediate/advance knowledge for surface panel equipment Fixed speed and FVD<br><br></li><li>Have intermediate/advance knowledge for downhole gauge troubleshooting and SCADA<br><br></li><li>Have analytical skill to route ESP problem during troubleshooting<br><br></li><li>Have experience in Y-tool/POD installation is added value<br><br></li><li>Have valid offshore experience<br><br></li><li>Have Customer Focus, Communication, Interpersonal, and Team working Skills<br><br></li></ul><b>Work in a way that works for you</b><br><br> We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
