[Vision Care] Assistant Manager, Customer Communication, Sales Force Effectiveness

General Summary A staff of CC, with support from the CC manager, is responsible for delivering consistent messages fully aligned with BP to our customers and maximizing execution performance by leading development and dissemination of Annual Master Communication (MC), project-based and ad-hoc communications. Clearly identify the value propositions of our BP from our partners’ points of view. Then, concisely develop communication strategies and sales promotion programs Develop sales training contents for SAM so that SAM members can clearly convey the messages, by collaborating with project team and other functions in order to maximize the financial impact of the programs Propose above programs and training contents to the sales leadership team to receive approval, assists them in the training and the sales promotion program executions. Ensure flawless program execution through tracking the KPIs as well as calling out the gaps/risks with SP. Duties & Responsibilities Major roles (Not always limited to below items) ＜Communication Development＞ Support development of Annual MC that is consistent with the core of BP Support proposing and gaining approval from leadership team as well as assisting them in execution Participate in projects, give input from sales standpoint, and develop & materialize communications of project details Develop sales training contents for each communication Share the end state of each project and show the positioning of projects among the big picture (annual plan/strategy) ＜Support of team management＞ Standardize best practices for horizontal deployment Execute tasks in a self-active manner. Appropriate reporting to the CC manager is essential.
