If so, Clarus Education are actively looking for intelligent and hardworking graduates to complete the Aspiring Teacher Programme (ATP). If you are wanting to train to become a Primary School Teacher and are worried about the cost..then look no further than the ATP.&nbsp;</p>
<p><br />
This is an exciting opportunity that will kick off your teaching journey, working as a Teaching Assistant from Nursery to Year 6 with a wide range of children with differing needs. On successful completion of your first year on the Aspiring Teacher Programme, you will undertake a 4 Term training course, followed by a 2 term Fast track ECT induction..at which point you will become a Fully Qualified Primary Teacher!</p>

<p>What is the ATP process?<br />
•&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;STAGE 1 – Primary Teaching Assistant (Year One)<br />
o&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Starting September 2022<br />
o&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Term Time<br />
o&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Paid £75 - £80 per day<br />
o&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;EYFS, KS1 or KS2 position<br />
o&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Excellent training<br />
•&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;STAGE 2 – Initial Teacher Training (Year Two)<br />
o&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;1 Academic Year<br />
o&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;4 Terms<br />
o&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;£21,000 salary + £9,000 PGCE FULLY FUNDED BY THE SCHOOL<br />
•&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;STAGE 3 – ECT Induction – (Year Three)<br />
o&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Starting Salary £32,157</p>

<p>ATP Candidate requirements:<br />
•&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Graduates ONLY<br />
•&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Aspiring Primary School Teachers<br />
•&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Strong academics: 1st Class or 2:1 degree<br />
•&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Education/ Psychology degrees are advantageous<br />
•&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Be able to lead large group activities<br />
•&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Experience working with children&nbsp;<br />
•&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Committed individual&nbsp;<br />
•&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Have an animated personality&nbsp;<br />
•&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Passionate about working with children<br />
