Launch new products and enhancements by incorporating change management practices and maintain continuous improvement. Support P@ portfolio strategy as project manager towards best-in-class analytical solutions, in coordination with the product owners (PO) and the Schneider Digital (SED) team. Partner P@ change manager to design and implement change initiatives. Provide change tools and expertise to ensure project change strategy, resources and coordination are in place and well executed. Identify potential change risks and anticipated points of resistance, along with mitigation plans. Lead various community initiatives to support the adoption of the P@ portfolio. Identify and propose portfolio simplification opportunities in coordination with the POs. Identify improvements in the value proposition of P@ products in coordination with the POs. Support improvements to product UX/UI in coordination with UX specialists. SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS: Fluency in English Software lifecycle management, preferably in the analytical field and ideally in the HR area. Product and stakeholder management. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Design thinking methodology. Under-graduate degree in analytics, software or similar Certification in change management is a plus Why us?
