Your Role Build the best-of-breed ITSM(IT Service Management) software products across multiple deployment and market spaces. Our portfolio is build based on over 300,000 organizations, from small businesses through corporates and up to government organizations, nobody knows it, but almost everybody uses our software. You will face two lines of products, installed on-premises and cloud-based SaaS. This job offer is related with cloud-based SaaS. It is challenging job, sometimes it requires ability and willingness to learn new stuff, so we are looking for a world-class open-mind engineers. Ideal candidates will have experience with distributed systems, databases, and be willing to be a little bit flexible in relation to used technologies. Our Technology Stack Languages: MySQL, Ruby on Rails, Node.js, JavaScript, React. Technologies: AWS services, Kubernetes, Microservices, Elasticsearch, Redis. We also use AWS LocalStack and Docker for development environments. Responsibilities You and your team will be responsible for the entire development process, from prototyping to development, testing and deployment You will be part of an agile team that writes code, test it, takes care of its high quality and maintenance We will be helping you and you will be helping others to grow technical and soft skills You will cooperate with other teams, in international environment, to ensure product and organization goals are met You will be leading your team to implement features according to design You will be guiding your team to follow best practices and keep standards Qualifications 8+ Years of software development. Strong JavaScript background and frontend libraries experience (for example,React, Angular, Vue). Backend development experience (for example, Java, Ruby, Node.js, PHP, Python).
