Application Engineer in industrial equipment and switch boards

PRIMARY FUNCTION: Inside Sales person that shall prepare offers that ensure the target figures within DB / DG as defined in accordance with the Matrix of business Produce quotations and develop solutions on Eaton products based on customer requests and market needs, within the expected delivery time. Technical support for internal and external customers via mail and telephone (the goal is to be the best Inside Sales team in Norway) Contribute to achieving goals in customer satisfaction measurement ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: A: Manage quotations that achieve the target figures within DB/DG in Eaton Norway`s goals. Following up own offers by email or telephone, using C360 in daily job. B: Operate and answer all emails within 24h C: Provide support to customers and outside sales with solutions and service on email and by telephone. D: Perform and be responsible for own quotations to be followed up within 48 hours. E: Train and supervise customers and internal staff in Eaton products Qualifications SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE: Education as a technician / engineer with practical background from electrical business / engineering / industry./Installation Must have expertise on the company's available PC tools.
