Join us and make a difference. <Job Description > Credit Control - Monitor customer’s credit & collection risk - Verify and Approve Periodic Customer Credit Risk Analysis - Create / update Master file of customer, material and price - Resolve order problems and queries with customers and also monitor interface with BMS and 3PL - Analyze Blocked Orders due to exceeding credit limit and recommend actions - Monthly payment for collateral fee to customers. Account Receivable management/Sales order system - Sales order system management - Billing and Validation of Order and Sales - Confirm All shipped Orders are invoiced and all invoices are posted to A/R - Post and Reconcile A/R Activity to the GL - Prepare various reports for Month End Closing (Edit Report, AR Aging) - Resolve collection issue and follow-up collection activities with legal treatment.(AR collection) - Manage Return(reason code), compensation, discount, and reimbursement - Bad Debt Reserve - AR forecast as per projection Audit/ Reporting - Prepare documents to file quarterly VAT return and yearly CIT return related to accounts receivables - Support annual Financial statement audit by external auditor - Support Internal control audit - Manage internal/external customer queries on tax invoice, delivery, credit limit and local policy Others - Corporate card management - Concur system management - Corporate chop management included the assessment of log-book - Provide ad-hoc reporting as and when requested by the company <Job requirements> -Work as a team player -Excellent in communication -Good in English -Proactive attitude -Thorough, with outstanding attention to detail -SAP experience -Minimum 8 year experience in finance and accounting area B.A degree -Accounting and Finance knowledge -Excellent MS office skill, especially Excel Around the world, we are passionate about making an impact on the lives of patients with serious diseases.
