At <b>Eni</b>, we are looking for an <b>Instrumentations Maintenance Section Head </b>within <b>ZFOD</b> in <b>Basra, Iraq.</b> You will be responsible for ensuring and managing the implementation of the Instrumental Maintenance activities in the field in compliance with reference standards, policies, and procedures to maximize the field production efficiency while minimizing the total instrumental maintenance cost (production downtime, spare parts, manpower etc.), coordinating with production to guarantee the prompt, safe and environment respecting execution of all maintenance activities. You will be coordinating and monitoring preventive and corrective instrumental maintenance activities.<br />

<b>As a member of </b> <b>Maintenance Team at ZFOD you will be responsible for:</b></p>

<li>Meeting assigned maintenance targets</li>
<li>Meeting assigned reliability and availability targets</li>
<li>Meeting assigned operational performance targets</li>
<li>Ensuring health, safety and security of all field assets and personnel</li>
<li>Participating into the preparation of maintenance programs and strategies for instruments and in defining optimum ways and means for their implementation</li>
<li>Monitoring and controlling maintenance costs in relation to all maintenance practices and oil and gas production</li>
<li>Interacting with technical committees, taskforces and work teams in studying the highly specialist issues related to the production facilities</li>
<li>Helping to define areas which are suffering technical problems of instrumentation and to participate in initiating an action plan for them</li>
<li>Participating into preparation of service contracts covering all essential aspects</li>
<li>Maximizing asset value by optimizing utilization of capital and human resources on maintenance operations</li>
<li>Cooperating in defining proper spare part procurement policies</li>
<li>Cooperating in the procurement of instrumentation equipment substitution and modification</li>
<li>Managing internal relationships</li>
<li>Providing direction and guidance to on-site human resources practices</li>
<li>Liaising with local regulatory and administrative authorities</li>
<li>Managing interactions and relationships with local communities</li>
</ul>

<li>B.Sc. Degree in Automation Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Electronic Engineering</li>
<li>Previous Operations &amp; Maintenance experience in the petroleum industry including production operations with knowledge of plant inspection, instruments loop checking, analyzers, transmitters, APC, DCS, PLC, SCADA systems, plants commissioning.</li>
<li>Previous experience in supervisory role.</li>
<li>Commissioning - Start Up: Advising in new Projects</li>
<li>Production Operations: Oil &amp; Gas Facilities and equipment&
39;s</li>
<li>Maintenance Operations: Maintenance Management, Preventive and Corrective Maintenance, Instrumentation Maintenance, Telecommunication Maintenance, Electrical Maintenance, Troubleshooting techniques.</li>
<li>Maintenance Engineering: CMMS Activities, Maintenance System Auditing, Maintenance Advising in Project Phase, Reliability/availability analysis technique, Maintenance systems and policies.</li>
<li>Specialist Knowledge: Engineering knowledge in the instrumentation activities</li>
<li>Organization Processes: Internal Standards, Feed-back development and diffusion, Technical audit and Design Review, Documentation management</li>
<li>Supports and technologies: Best Practices and International Standards</li>
<li>Compliance: Local/National and International Standards and Codes, Health, Safety, Environment, Quality</li>
<li>Economics General: Economics, OPEX and CAPEX Budgeting</li>
<li>Data management and informatics tools</li>
<li>Knowledge of English</li>
</ul>
