Sales Communications Associate - ELCp - Toronto, Canada (Hybrid)

To provide extensive support to the Canadian National ELCP Sales team through the following areas of responsibility: STRATEGIC SALES ANALYSIS OF BUSINESS Management of Data Warehouse, pulling and reviewing reports for the team Pull and analyze NPD reports for Canada prestige market – present share gain opportunities to director and share across brands for ELC share gain targets Create MOB reports by brand to optimize strategic direction of brand hero products and franchises. Gather returns data for the ELCP team by monitoring all returns through the product return tracker and work with the brands planning team to reduce monthly returns in conjunction with brand Ops in order to better brand and department P&L Track historical sales performance metrics to identify areas of opportunity for the team by brand Responsible for gathering and presenting how the ELCP team is performing by brand and by region / territory, looking for risk and opportunities EDUCATION Attend all brands weekly/monthly team calls Build strong relationships with all cross functional stakeholders to gather all pertinent information for the ELCP team Attend all brands seasonal training seminars to build on brand and product knowledge Refine and consolidate individual brand training schedules for ELCP stores / Field / FLOC and ensure all stakeholders are attending relevant trainings Work with Director to ensure all ELCP field is up to date with corporate NALX expectations and learnings Coordinate attendance of ELCP field to corporate trainings and seminars MARKETING AND EVENTS Lead and work collaboratively with cross functional stakeholders to deliver marketing and event initiatives with strong performance metrics Work with branded marketing teams to create collateral to help support the ELCP team with strategic events tied to overall brand strategy Responsible for gathering and presenting all in-store and virtual events for the team across all brands Support field event activities including participation in conference calls, event tester needs. Attend events, as needed Help define and scale sales strategies based on marketing trends by brand and locally relevant needs and demographics COMMUNICATION Consolidate information from all branded marketing teams to distribute streamline information which includes new launches, GWP, Store Gala Dates Create weekly ELCP Newsletters to identify opportunities to optimize sales Analyze and identify any needs within the department and create templates / process to drive more efficiencies for ELCP and share best practices across brands Lead weekly ELCP team calls and attend brand specific weekly calls (as required) to share important information, answer all outstanding brand questions and provide any feedback to the brands OTHER Prepare all necessary forms and requirements for New Field hires Regional Meetings – planning and organizing each meeting in conjunction with Field Sales Director for each territory. Travel may be required. Organize and prepare documents for meetings, market visits, business reviews by brand Qualifications Post-secondary Degree/Diploma required 2-3+ years’ work experience in a similar capacity Proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, PowerPoint. Advanced skills in Excel (Vlook-Ups, Pivot Tables etc.). SAP an asset. Excellent quantitative and analytical skills and strong knowledge in Excel Demonstrated ability to synthesize data into meaningful reports Must have excellent communication skills; verbal and written Business oriented Must be highly organized and able to prioritize workload Self motivated and able to work independently Service oriented individual, will have direct contact with Retail partners and Estee Lauder Executives Previous retail experience preferred Job: Administrative Primary Location: Americas-CA-ON-Toronto Job Type: Standard Schedule: Full-time Shift: 1st (Day) Shift Job Number: 228003 We are an equal opportunity employer.
