Activities that are conducted to better understand or ultimately meet the expectations of the customer.<br><br>As a Project Engineering Leader, you will be responsible for: <br><ul><li>Providing technical expertise and develops technical solutions (configuration, performance estimation, economics, etc.) as part of the pre-ITO (requisition) process while interfacing with the commercial team <br></li><li>Possessing a deep understanding of relevant markets and customer economic value that aid winning bid strategies <br></li><li>Developing annual plan for own unit and delivers data for the programs of encompassing units in the function or in the business and midterm plans <br></li><li>Developing new solutions under guidance and/or in a team setting or based upon precedents in the organizations. <br></li><li>Working together with high level people from the business at SPB and EB level. Specifies needs, communicates about project approach and presents outcomes of research done <br></li><li>Sharing knowledge acquired in concrete projects <br></li></ul><br><br><b> Fuel your passion </b><br><br> To be successful in this role you will: <br><ul><li>Have bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college <br></li><li>Have minimum 5 years of experience in Customer Application Engineering (Quotations) and Order Execution<br></li><li>Have solid experience in Engineering management and client facing<br></li><li>Have good technical knowledge of SPC Tools and services Products<br></li><li>Demonstrate effective communication, interpersonal and leadership skills <br></li><li>Be able to demonstrate the ability to analyze and resolve problems and lead programs / projects <br></li><li>Demonstrate ability to lead programs/projects and ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs. <br></li><li>Have established project management skills <br></li></ul><br><br><b> Work in a way that works for you </b><br><br>We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
