Procurement Operations Analyst with Spanish

We are seeking for a candidate who is willing to have an experience in a role of Procurement Operations Analyst with Spanish and will join the Indirect Procurement Operations team. This position will support EU countries in the purchase requisition and invoice dispute process. In this role you will perform sanity checks on the information included in the requests, assure the procurement policies are followed, and triage the Purchase Orders according to the defined guidelines. You will also investigate blocked invoices for settlement. You will ill work jointly with the requestor, Accounts Payable and other stakeholders to get relevant corrective documentation from the suppliers and resolve any issues with the internal support teams. The position will also serve as a point of contact to provide suggestions on catalog creation and will participate as Key User on the Coupa deployment in the country. What you will do: Work with Procurement Systems and Tools for Purchase Order Management. Adhere to, educate and enforce eProc tool usage guidelines, and all corporate Purchasing policies with User groups. Perform sanity check (commodity, price & buyer) on requisitions and amend if necessary. Request clarification to the requestor. Triage the purchases classifying them for tail management, sourcing or just approving them. Propose catalog creation when opportunities arise. Investigate blocked invoices and settle them. Work jointly with AP to issue credit/debit notes when needed. Provide ongoing system and process support to the end users Support the P2P transformation as a Key User by participating in the testing and providing training. If you have: Process oriented, with disciplined operations management skills. Experience or knowledge of the e-procurement and ERP tools (Coupa, SAP, SRM, ARIBA) would be an asset Fluency on English and <<foreign language>> (verbal and written) Ability to deliver assigned tasks within defined KPI’s Self-initiative and aptitude for process improvement.
